T20 World Cup 2024, is the 9th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup which is organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC). This World Cup will be run from 1 June 2024 to 29 June 2024.
This T20 World Cup will be the most exciting because the first time in the history of the T20 World Cup the American team will play in this World Cup. 20 teams will be playing in this World Cup.

Australia T20 World Cup Squad 2024
Cricket Australia (CA) announced the T20 World Cup squad 2024 while paying tribute to legendary all-rounder Andrew Symonds. A special video was posted by CA, in which Symonds’ daughter Chloe and son Will were seen announcing the names of the players with the 2007 World Cup-winning Australia team.
The video featured Ponting, McGrath, Gilchrist, Hayden, Clarke, Hussey. Mitchell Marsh has been given the command of the team. Spinner Ashton Agar and all-rounder Cameron Green have returned to the team after almost 18 months.
Matthew Wade and Josh English have been included as wicketkeepers. Jack Fraser does not get a chance despite his brilliant performance in IPL. 22-year-old young batsman Jack Fraser-McGurk has not been included. Playing for Delhi Capitals in IPL, Even Fraser has scored three half-centuries in 6 matches at a strike rate of 233.
At the same time, experienced Steve Smith, who is struggling with poor form in T20, has also not been included.
When both the players were not selected, Chief Selector George Bailey said, ‘Along with young Fraser, the names of Steve Smith, Matt Short, Behrendorff, Aaron Hardy, Spencer Johnson and Bartlett were also discussed.
